The location was perfect, tucked away from the hustle and bustle, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful mountain walk and some much-needed relaxation. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with daily cleaning ensuring a fresh and tidy space. The amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities, added to the overall convenience and comfort of my stay. Additionally, the on-site spa and wellness center provided the perfect opportunity to indulge in some relaxation and pampering, with a range of treatments available. this hotel provided me with a luxurious and comfortable experience that I would highly recommend to others.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for a romantic escape. We absolutely loved the view from our room, which overlooked the stunning landscape and farm animals grazing nearby. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. we enjoyed taking advantage of the spa services, which provided a much-needed relaxation for both of us.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our stay. we found the rooms to be quite small, leaving little space to move around.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my Easter holiday, with easy access to both nature and nearby attractions. the room was well equipped and decorated, creating a beautiful and modern ambiance. the breakfast offered a satisfactory variety of food options that were well cooked and presented.

The service in both the restaurant and reception left a lot to be desired. Some staff members struggled with English, leading to confusion and miscommunication.

The surroundings were stunning, with a superb terrace and a nice view. the staff was helpful, the room was clean, with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. the wellness facilities were in a good state and not too crowded, and the food was fresh and tasty.

The road leading to the hotel was steep and prone to ice, which could be dangerous at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at the reception are exceptional, always welcoming and ready to help. The hotel facilities are great, there is a beautiful spa with a pool, different water jets and a sauna. Besides, there is a fun bowling alley, a playground, and even farm animals for kids. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had, with a great variety and quality. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and facilities.
